Services and Policies
We offer compassionate, comprehensive, individualized counseling aimed at achieving and maintaining one’s optimal health potential. True healing is achieved when the focus is balance. Using a multilevel body/mind/spirit approach to healing, quality of life and health can be improved even in the presence of chronic degenerative diseases. We offer natural targeted and complementary therapies for many conditions including allergies, arthritis, ADHD, musculoskeletal/neurological disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, depression, women’s health disorders, immune system disorders, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic fatigue and cancer. We also offer nutritional guidance for impending surgical procedures and pregnancy, as well as sports nutrition which is aimed at improving performance and stamina. Disease prevention and lifestyle management are an integral part of every evaluation.
Due to the nature of our services, visits are made by appointment only, and acute or emergent visits are not available for new patients. Initial visits must be conducted in person. However, optional follow-up phone consultations may be available to established patients who meet certain criteria.
You will be contacted by phone to make an initial appointment only after this questionnaire is completed and submitted. Therefore, please submit this questionnaire as promptly as possible. Because this questionnaire is an important first indicator of the patient’s willingness to put effort into their own health, no phone contact or appointments will be made until the completed questionnaire is received in my office and reviewed. Please note that if the contact phone numbers you list below have a block to private or unlisted callers, this may delay contacting you by phone for up to 10 days, so please supply a contact phone number that is unhindered with regards to incoming calls to expedite your service.
Please obtain and bring copies of your most recent blood tests (if applicable) and medical records to your first appointment. This will expedite the completeness of your care. Remember that only you can take charge of your health and control your destiny.
Fees
Because each individual is unique, fees are based upon length of the visit, which is dependent upon the complexity of medical problems and individual goals.

A $40 fee will be assesed for cancellations occurring less than 24 hours prior to one's appointment (this includes no shows). Please understand that the prompt notification of cancellations allows me to spend 100 percent quality time with each patient. Payment is due at the time of service, and is accepted in the forms of personal check or cash. Although health insurance is not accepted, the patient will receive a receipt that may be submitted to their insurance carrier. It is the patient’s sole responsibility to pursue insurance reimbursement if available.
